This policy covers two groups of people:

• Customers — the businesses and individuals who sign up for a FirstQuote account to manage their own leads.
• Leads — prospective customers of our Customers whose contact information and messages are received by FirstQuote through connected lead sources (such as Yelp, Thumbtack, and Google Local Services Ads).

2. Information we collect

We collect the following categories of information:

• Account information you provide when you create or manage a FirstQuote account, such as name, email address, business name, phone number, and billing details.
• Integration credentials and content needed to connect to third-party lead sources you authorize, including access tokens, lead records, message threads, and related metadata.
• Lead information such as a lead's name, contact details, project description, and the messages exchanged between the lead and our Customer through the Services.
• Usage information such as log data, IP address, browser type, pages viewed, and timestamps, collected automatically when you interact with the Services.
• Communications you send to us, including support requests and feedback.

3. How we use information

We use the information we collect to:

• Provide, operate, and improve the Services;
• Generate and send AI-assisted replies to leads on behalf of our Customers;
• Authenticate users and maintain the security and integrity of the Services;
• Process payments and manage subscriptions;
• Communicate with Customers about their account, product updates, and support;
• Comply with legal obligations and enforce our terms.

4. How we share information

We share information only as described below:

• With our Customers. Lead information received through a Customer's connected accounts is made available to that Customer through their FirstQuote dashboard.
• With service providers who process information on our behalf, such as cloud hosting, database, email delivery, analytics, and payment processing providers, under appropriate confidentiality and security obligations.
• With third-party platforms you connect (such as Yelp, Thumbtack, or Google), as needed to operate the integration you have authorized.
• For legal reasons, including to comply with applicable law, legal process, or governmental requests, or to protect the rights, property, or safety of FirstQuote, our Customers, or others.
• In connection with a business transaction, such as a merger, acquisition, financing, or sale of assets.

We do not sell personal information.

5. SMS and text message communications

If you are a Customer and choose to receive SMS text notifications, we send text messages to the mobile number you provide to alert you about activity on your account — for example, when a new lead arrives or when a conversation needs your attention. These are account notification (transactional) messages, not marketing messages.

• Consent. You opt in by entering your mobile number and enabling SMS notifications in your account settings. Providing your number and turning on these notifications constitutes your consent to receive them.
• Message frequency varies based on your lead activity.
• Message and data rates may apply, depending on your mobile carrier and plan.
• Opting out. You can stop SMS notifications at any time by replying STOP to any message, or by turning off SMS notifications in your account settings. Reply HELP for help, or contact us at the email below.
• No sharing of mobile information. No mobile information will be shared with third party / affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.

6. Data retention

We retain information for as long as it is needed to provide the Services, comply with our legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements. When information is no longer required, we will delete or de-identify it.

7. Security

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed to protect information against unauthorized access, loss, misuse, or alteration. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

8. Your choices and rights

Depending on your location, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or export personal information we hold about you, and to object to or restrict certain processing. FirstQuote is operated from the United States. If you access the Services from outside the United States, your information may be transferred to, stored, and processed in the United States or other countries where we or our service providers operate.
