Connecting Google Local Services Ads

Link your Google Ads account so FirstQuote can answer your Local Services Ads leads.

Google Local Services Ads (LSA) connects a little differently than Yelp or Thumbtack — instead of signing in, you approve a link request inside your own Google Ads account. It takes two short steps.

Before you start

You'll need your Google Ads customer ID — the 10-digit number at the top of your Google Ads screen, like 123-456-7890.

  1. Go to the Businesses page, click + Add integration, then Connect Google LSA.
  2. Enter your Google Ads customer ID and click Send link request.

FirstQuote asks Google to connect your account. You'll see: "Link request sent. Now accept it in your Google Ads account."

Step 2: Approve it in Google Ads

  1. Open your Google Ads account.
  2. Accept the pending link request from FirstQuote. (In Google Ads, link requests live under your account's settings — look for an invitation from FirstQuote.)
  3. Come back to FirstQuote and click I've accepted.

If you click I've accepted before Google has recorded your approval, you'll see "We don't see your approval yet" — give it a minute and try again.

Once connected, you'll see "Your Google Local Services Ads account is connected. New leads will start showing up in your inbox within a few minutes."

How LSA leads arrive

FirstQuote checks your LSA account for new message leads every few minutes, so an LSA lead can take a few minutes longer to appear than a Yelp or Thumbtack lead. From there it works the same: instant reply, full conversation in your inbox, and a text or email to you when it matters. Phone-call leads ring your phone as usual — FirstQuote handles the message leads.
