Account settings and billing
Manage your profile, email, password, language, and how FirstQuote billing works.
Your account-level settings live under Settings in the top navigation. (Settings for a specific business — how the AI replies, notifications — live on that business's own settings page instead; see Business settings.)
Profile
Your first and last name, timezone, and language (English, Español, or Русский). Timezone matters more than it looks: quiet hours and the times shown on your conversations all follow it. Language changes the whole signed-in app, plus the texts and emails FirstQuote sends you.
Enter a new email and your current password, then click Update email. We send a confirmation link to the new address — your sign-in email doesn't change until you click it. If you signed up with Google, there's no password to enter.
Password
Enter a new password twice plus your current one, then click Update password. Signed up with Google? You sign in with Google — there's no password to change.
Billing
FirstQuote's pricing is simple: you're only charged for qualified leads — leads the AI decides look like real jobs. Leads that aren't a fit cost nothing.
- Free trial — your first 5 qualified leads are free, no card required and no time limit. The Billing page shows how many free leads you have left. They're free even if you add a card before using them all.
- Add a payment method — click it on the Billing page whenever you're ready; a secure Stripe checkout saves your card and replies continue without interruption.
- After your free leads — once all 5 are used and there's no payment method on file, FirstQuote stops replying to new leads until you add one. New leads still arrive in your inbox, conversations already underway finish normally, and your settings are all kept.
- Manage billing — once subscribed, this button opens your Stripe billing portal to update your card, see invoices, or cancel.
The Billing page also shows your estimated charge for the current period, so there are no surprises.
Delete account
At the bottom of the Settings page. Deleting your account is permanent and cannot be undone — it removes your businesses, conversations, and integrations. You'll be asked to confirm before anything is deleted.
