Add FirstQuote to your Squarespace site
Put your FirstQuote lead form on any Squarespace page with an Embed block.
Squarespace doesn't have a built-in way to connect outside tools, but you can add your FirstQuote quote form to any page with an Embed block — it only takes a minute.
What you need
- A website form set up in FirstQuote, with its embed code ready to copy.
- A paid Squarespace plan — any plan works, including Basic. On a free trial site the form may not appear until you choose a plan.
Add the form to your page
- In FirstQuote, go to your website form page and click Copy next to the embed code.
- In Squarespace, open the page where you want the form and click Edit.
- Add an Embed block where the form should appear.
- Click the block's pencil icon, choose Code Snippet (the
</>option), paste the embed code, and save the page.
Your form is now live on that page.
Check it's working
Open your site and fill out the form yourself, as if you were a customer. A minute or two later you should get a text message reply, and the conversation will show up on your Conversations page in FirstQuote.
Troubleshooting
- Form doesn't show up at all — if you're on a free trial, embedded code may not run until you pick a plan. Also check the code was pasted into the Embed block's Code Snippet option (
</>) exactly as copied, with nothing cut off. - No text message after you submit — make sure your website form is connected and turned on in FirstQuote, and that your cell number is saved in notification settings.
