Your dashboard and inbox
Read your lead conversations, spot the ones that need you, and see how your replies are performing.
Once leads are flowing, two pages tell you everything: the Dashboard for the big picture, and Conversations for the actual threads.
The dashboard
The tiles across the top cover the last 7, 30, or 90 days: New leads, Unread, Reply rate, and Avg reply time. Below them:
- Needs your attention — unread conversations, oldest first. This is your working list: if something's here, a customer is waiting.
- Integration health — each connected lead source, whether auto-reply is on, and when its last lead arrived. A quick way to notice a platform that's gone quiet.
Conversations
Every lead lands here as a conversation — whichever platform it came from. Three tabs:
- Inbox — active conversations. Unread ones are marked with a mint dot; opening a conversation clears it.
- Archived — conversations you've filed away with the Archive button.
- Unqualified — requests the AI decided weren't a fit for your services. They still got a polite reply; they're just kept out of your way.
Each conversation shows a short summary of what the lead wants — so you can size up a job without reading the whole thread — plus who spoke last and when.
Inside a conversation
The thread shows every message with badges telling you who did what: AI replied, Follow-up sent, You replied, and Handed off to you on the message where the AI decided you should take over.
At the top you'll see the conversation's status: AI replies on means the AI is handling it; Handed off means it's yours now — the AI has stepped back and waits for you. Once you reply to a lead yourself (here or on the platform's own app), the AI stays out of that conversation for good.
Helpful extras: Call this lead (when we have their number), View this conversation on the original platform, Archive, and Mark not a fit.
When should you jump in?
You don't need to watch this page. FirstQuote texts or emails you when a new qualified lead arrives or a conversation needs your attention — the inbox is where you go once it does.
