Getting started

Create your account, add your business, and connect your first lead platform.

FirstQuote answers your new leads for you — usually within seconds — so you win the job before a competitor even picks up their phone. Getting set up takes about five minutes.

1. Create your account

Sign up at firstquote.ai with your email address, or use Continue with Google. If you sign up with email, we'll send you a confirmation link — click it to activate your account.

2. Add your business

Right after you confirm your email, we'll walk you through adding your business: its name, phone number, and what kind of work you do. This is the business your leads will be answered for, so use the same name your customers see.

You can add more businesses later from the Businesses page if you run more than one.

3. Connect a lead platform

Next, connect wherever your leads come from:

• Yelp — sign in with your Yelp account and pick your business. See Connecting Yelp.
• Thumbtack — sign in with your Thumbtack Pro account. See Connecting Thumbtack.
• Google Local Services Ads — link your Google Ads account. See Connecting Google Local Services Ads.
• Your own website — add a quote form to your site with one line of code. See Website form leads.

You can skip this step during setup and connect later from the Businesses page.

4. That's it — FirstQuote takes over

Once a platform is connected and turned on, new leads get an instant reply written in your voice. You'll see every conversation on your dashboard, and FirstQuote will text or email you the moment a lead is worth your personal attention.
